A notice is 40 pages in a language you may not read. Your agent reads all of it, checks it against your company, looks up who bid and who won before, and tells you whether to bid and what to do next. Every answer quotes the notice, so you can check it.
Your agent does this overnight for your best matches. It reads the whole notice, in any language, and answers in English.

Towns, fire services, hospitals, utilities and armed forces publish thousands of tenders a month for fire and rescue equipment, CCTV and access control, drones, survey work and cyber security. 95% of them are won by a company from the buyer's own country, often against just one other bidder, because nobody abroad finds them in time.

Brief it once. It works every morning while you sleep, and you make the calls.
Describe your company and pick or write a search profile once, in any language. The agent runs it against TED, 21 European national portals and SAM.gov in the US, removes the duplicates and catches prior notices months before the tender.
Every morning the agent screens what is new against your company, writes a full decision card for the best few (fit, whether you can bid, how many usually bid, who won before) and gives a one-line reason for every tender it skipped.
Pursue saves the tender with its card, drafts the question to the buyer or the email to a partner in their language, and puts the deadline in your calendar. Pass teaches the agent what to skip next time. It never contacts a buyer or submits anything for you.
Every award notice says how many companies bid and who won. Orbigate reads them for your category and country, so you can pick the tenders where a new supplier has room, and find the partners who already win there.
Real figures for fire and rescue in Germany: 95 award notices, a median of 2 bids, 27% with a single bidder, 82% won by SMEs.

Large contracts go to TED. Smaller ones stay on national portals, and the UK left TED in 2021. Orbigate reads both, and drops the national copies of notices already on TED.

Orbigate is an AI tender agent for suppliers of public-safety, security, defence and infrastructure products and services. Every morning it checks the EU's Tenders Electronic Daily (TED), 21 national procurement portals in Europe, SAM.gov in the US and CanadaBuys, screens what is new against your company in any language, writes a decision card for the best matches (fit, eligibility, competition and who usually wins) and gives a reason for every tender it skipped. You decide with Pursue or Pass.
Yes. It works every morning without being asked: it searches every source with your profiles, screens the new notices against your company, writes decision cards for the best few and tells you why it skipped the rest. It drafts emails and prepares the next steps, but it never contacts a buyer or submits a bid for you. Every decision is yours.
Each time you pass on a tender you pick a reason, such as wrong product or too big. The next morning the agent uses your earlier Pursue and Pass decisions to skip similar tenders.
No. It drafts the question to the buyer and the email to a partner, in English and in their language, and you send them. It never submits a bid.
Every new notice from the 22 sources that matches your search profiles. It screens all of them and writes full decision cards for the best five a day.
Orbigate covers more than 30 countries through 22 sources: TED for the whole EU and EEA, plus national portals in the United Kingdom (Find a Tender and Contracts Finder), France (BOAMP), Germany (oeffentlichevergabe.de), Poland (BZP), the Netherlands (TenderNed), Norway (Doffin), Italy, Spain, Ukraine (Prozorro), Greece, Croatia, Serbia, Switzerland (simap.ch), Estonia, Latvia, Finland (Hilma), Denmark, Romania and Sweden, and outside Europe SAM.gov (United States) and CanadaBuys (Canada).
Most contracts above the EU thresholds are published on TED, but smaller contracts often appear only on national portals, in the local language. Orbigate lets you describe what you sell once, then searches TED and the national portals together, translates local-language notices into English, and lists the matches by deadline, country and fit. You can save searches as profiles and get a daily email digest of new matches.
Often, yes. Suppliers from countries that signed the WTO Government Procurement Agreement, such as the UK, the US, Switzerland, Norway, Israel, Japan and Canada, have access to covered EU tenders above the thresholds. Defence and security contracts under Directive 2009/81/EC can be restricted to EU suppliers, and EU defence programmes such as EDF, EDIP and SAFE require EU establishment. Orbigate's decision cards point out the eligibility rules stated in each notice, but always confirm them in the tender documents.
TED is the online version of the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. Public buyers in the EU and EEA must publish contracts above the EU value thresholds there, along with award notices that show who won. Orbigate uses TED's official search API and also reads its award notices to show how many bids a type of tender usually gets and which companies win.
A decision card is a one-page, AI-generated summary of a tender judged against your company profile. It gives a fit score, a recommendation (bid, partner or skip) with the reasons, the eligibility conditions, the usual number of bidders and past winners, the deadline, contacts and documents, and quotes the parts of the notice it relies on with a link to the official notice. Cards are a fast first opinion, not legal or bid advice.
Yes. Titles and notices from national portals are shown in English, and decision cards are written in English. Quotes from the notice stay in their original language so you can check them against the official text.
It reads published contract award notices on TED for the same type of contract (CPV code) in the same country: how many bids were received, who won, and whether the winner was an SME or a foreign company. It shows the usual number of bidders and flags low-competition tenders.
Orbigate is in a free beta. Every morning the agent writes cards for your best matches, you can create 10 more cards a day yourself, and you can ask for more. Searching, the map, saved tenders and email alerts are included.
Yes. Your company profile and searches are stored on your account and used only to run your searches, cards and emails. The AI provider that writes the cards does not use them to train its models. You can download or delete your data at any time. See the privacy policy for details.
